Shipping & Delivery

We ship from partner warehouses in North America. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days in Canada and the United States.

You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships. If tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, write to us and we'll chase it for you.

A note on honesty: some items ship from further afield and can take longer — when that's the case, it says so plainly on the product page before you order, not in fine print afterwards.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. We don't add surprises.
